14. Custom-made & Bespoke Jewellery
The upfront payment will be returned to the buyer if they decide to cancel their made-to-order jewellery order before craftsmanship begins.
Cancellation of bespoke orders after work has commenced results in a 25% deduction before refunding the balance to the customer.
A gift card / credit note will be used to reimburse the customer for the advance amount if they do not pick up their made-to-order jewellery order from the atelier within 60 days. For cancellations of customised orders unclaimed after 60 days, 25% is removed and the remainder is issued as a coupon.
